Payment Plan Options
CDA offers flexibility for families with our payment plan options. In order to be placed on a payment plan we require the following:
A valid credit card on file
A signed Payment Plan Agreement

To be placed on a payment plan you will be required to sign a Payment Plan Agreement. The Payment Plan Agreement outlines the payment terms and the financing fee associated with each payment plan option.
Please note that payment plan accounts will be subject to a $10.00 + tax late charge for late payments after the 1st week after a payment deadline and each additional week not paid.
We are able to accept Interac E-Transfers, Debit or Cash for payment plan payments however a valid credit card must still be on file and will be used as the default method of payment in the event of a missed payment.
Payment plans from 2023-2024 will NOT be automatically renewed. The system will reset all accounts back to the default of one payment. Please email us if you would like to be placed on a payment plan.
Multi-Class Discount
Our multi-class discounts are calculated per student and applied automatically during the registration process.
1-3 classes per week - A student enrolled in 1-3 classes per week is not eligible for the multi-class discount.
4-6 classes per week - A student enrolled in 4-6 classes per week will receive a 10% discount on all classes in which they're enrolled.
7-9 classes per week - A student enrolled in 7-9 classes per week will receive a 15% discount on all classes in which they're enrolled.
10+ classes per week - A student enrolled in 10 or more classes per week will receive a 20% discount on all classes in which they're enrolled.
Refund Policy
If you or your child withdraws from a class or classes before November 28th, you will receive a full refund on any classes remaining in the year for which you have paid for in advance. You will be responsible for clearing any outstanding balance owing at the time of withdrawal. After November 28th, no refunds will be issued.
