Our Adult Class Descriptions

  • Adult Beginner Ballet

    The perfect class for the absolute beginner or those returning to Ballet after an extended absence. In this class we will learn the basics of Ballet technique while also working to strengthen and mobilize the body.

  • Advanced Adult Ballet

    This class is best suited for those with prior dance training. Participants will work at the Grade 6/Intermediate Royal Academy of Dance level with an option for training en pointe.

  • Adult Contemporary Lyrical

    Our Contemporary Lyrical class is perfect for anyone newer to dance or looking for something that is a little slower paced. We will explore a variety of movement pathways and patterns, challenge your coordination and breathe life into your movement practice. All experience levels welcome!

  • Adult Fitness

    This class is perfect for anyone looking to increase their strength and stamina. With a circuit-style setup, participants will be appropriately challenge and motivated. Get ready to sweat!

  • Adult Heels Level 1

    Have you always wanted to tap into your fierce side? Our Adult Beginner Heels class is the PERFECT place to learn how to move with confidence. You will be able to tackle any dance floor after this class! Suitable for absolute beginners.

  • Adult Heels Level 2

    For those with prior experience, this class will have a stronger focus on choreography and technical development. Get ready to get it!

  • Adult Hip Hop

    One of our most popular classes, our Adult Hip Hop will introduce you to the fundamentals of Hip Hop dancing. Classes will consist of a thorough warm up, movement drills and a short combo/choreography. All levels welcome!

  • Adult Horton Technique

    Our Horton Technique class is the ultimate class for exploring your artistic expression while simultaneously building strength and flexibility.

    Horton technique is one of the staple modern dance techniques practiced today. It is dynamic and dramatic, develops both strength and flexibility, and works with an energy that is constantly in motion.

  • Adult Jazz

    Get your fix of dance and fitness in this high energy, super groovy class! Participants will learn a mix of commercial and broadway style jazz infused with a bit of fitness training to ensure a balance of strength and creative expression. All experience levels welcome!

  • Pilates Barre Fitness

    This class gives you all the things you didn’t know you needed! A refreshing mix of classic pilates infused with barre exercises designed to increase your strength, mobility and overall sense of wellbeing. No prior experience necessary!
